Unlimits FZ-LLC, a United Arab Emirates, having its registered address at HD28B, First Floor, In5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company” or “we” or “us”) is dedicated to protecting your personal data and information, and taking reasonable security safeguards to handle and process this information appropriately.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to inform you, as a user of the ‘Unlimits.ai’ mobile application (the “App” or “Platform”) about our data collection, processing, and usage policies and procedures.
This Policy applies to information we collect when you access / visit the Platform, create a User Account on the App, and/or avail or utilise our services.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. For users under the age of 18, we require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors without appropriate safeguards.
1. Definitions:
For the purposes of this Policy, the below capitalised terms shall have the following meanings:
- “Cookies” are pieces of electronic information or text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, or another device) when you visit our Platform.
- “Personal Information” is any data of, about, or in relation to you, or capable of identifying you.
- “User Account” is the account created by you on the Platform, in order for you to utilise our services available on the Platform.

However, you may not be able to access certain areas or services that require registration or need you to reveal your identity and/or other information about yourself.
- The Company reserves the right to, and may at any time, monitor, record, and store (electronically or otherwise) all communications on the Platform, including electronic messages or other data transmissions between you and other users of the Platform (if any).

3.1. We collect different types of information in order to provide and improve our services:
- Personal Information: When you register your User Account, create a personalised showcase, or use certain App features / services, we may collect information such as your name, address, e-mail address, username, and profile information;
- User-Generated Content: This includes the content you create and / or upload through the App, such as your goals, milestones, personal achievements, and any other data related to yourself / your future self that you wish to track;
- Usage Data: We may collect information on how you access and use the App, such as device information, IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns. This helps us improve the platform’s functionality and performance;
- Payment Information: If you make payments for our services through the App, we collect necessary transaction details. Payments are processed by third-party payment services providers. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your payment details will be processed according to the privacy policies of the respective payment services providers. 4. How do We Collect Information?
We collect information that may be used to identify you, and that is not otherwise publicly available, including, in the following ways:
- When you visit the Platform, via Cookies in accordance with our https://unlimits.ai/cookienotice;
- When you create your User Account;
- When you upload / provide your Personal Information and any other data to the Platform;
- When you participate in any interactive features of the Platform;
- When you request updates or subscribe to communications from us; and/or
- When you participate in a survey, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
5. Purpose for Collection & Processing
5.1. We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- To Provide & Improve Platform Services: We use your information to offer you the core features of the App, such as goal-setting tools, milestone tracking, and the creation of personalised showcases. Your information helps us refine these features, and enhance user experiences, for the Platform to meet its users’ evolving needs;
- Personalisation & Recommendations: Your Personal Information, Comments, and user-generated content are used to tailor the App’s suggestions, reminders, and tools, to personalise and improve the Platform, and to provide advertisements, content, and suggested features that match user profiles or activities;
- Communication: We may use your contact information to send you updates, and other notifications in relation to the App, our services, and your use of the Platform; and
- Analytics & Research: We may use usage data and analytics to improve our Platform, understand user preferences, and develop new features.
5.1. Personal Information shared with us by you shall be confidential and used in line with data protection regulations under applicable law(s), and as set out in this Policy.
5.2. We will keep confidential, and protect your Personal Information except where disclosure is required or permitted by law, or unless you expressly consent to us sharing your Personal Information (for processing or otherwise).
6. Legal Basis for Processing Your Information
Our legal basis for processing your data includes:
- Your consent, where required (e.g., marketing communications);
- The necessity to perform a contract with you i.e. access to and use of the App;
- Compliance with legal obligations; and
- Our legitimate interests (including service improvements), provided they are not overridden by your rights.
7. Retention Policy
7.1. We retain your Personal Information:
- For as long as your User Account is active or as necessary for providing services to you;
- For analytics in an anonymised form after deletion; and
- for 30 days after deletion of your User Account, unless you request us to delete it.
8. Security of Your Information
8.1. We follow reasonable and accepted industry standards (and those required by applicable law) to protect the Personal Information provided to us, both during transmission and, once we receive it, for storage, transfer, and disposal. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use reasonable safeguards to prevent a breach of your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8.2. Your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your place of residence. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable laws, including through standard contractual clauses or other safeguards.
9. Your Rights & Grievance Redressal
9.1. You have the right, at any time to:
- Withdraw your consent to our collection and processing of your Personal Information;
- Correct, update, complete, or require us to delete your Personal Information provided to us; and
- nominate any other individual, who in the event of your death or incapacity, can exercise your rights mentioned above on your behalf.
9.2. Please be aware that if you withdraw your consent to our collection and processing of your Personal Information, we will reserve the right to discontinue providing you with services and / or access to the Platform, which require the collection and / or processing of your Personal Information.
9.3. Our Grievance Officer will be your point of contact at the Company for any grievances, concerns, clarifications, or queries you may have about our collection and processing of your Personal Information. Our Grievance Officer (who can be reached at: support@unlimitsapp.com) will also guide and aid you, should you wish to exercise any of your rights mentioned above.
10. External Websites/Mobile Applications
The Platform may contain links to other websites/mobile applications. This Policy does not apply to such other websites/mobile applications. The Company is not expressly or impliedly responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused to you by the collection, processing, use, or retention of your data or Personal Information by such website/mobile application in any manner whatsoever. It is important that you review the privacy policies of all websites/mobile applications you visit before you disclose any information to such websites/mobile applications.
11. Changes to Policy
As and when the need arises, we may, in our sole discretion, alter this Policy in accordance with the latest technology, trends and/or for the purpose of compliance with applicable laws. We will notify you of these changes via e-mail, and/or by posting a notice on the Platform, informing you that this Policy has been altered/amended, and that you, as a user/visitor of the Platform will be required to consent to such modifications or changes in the Policy. 12. Change of Control
If the ownership or control of the Company and/or the Platform changes, your Personal Information may be transferred. If such a transfer results in a material change in the use of your Personal Information, Company will use its best efforts to provide you with a notice about the rights and choices you have under applicable law to decline to permit such a transfer.
13. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Dubai.
